Cycles cannot turn right from upper thames street to swan lane. Would have to use the crossing.

No right turn from Upper Thames Street to Castle Baynard Street. Cycles should either come down Puddle Dock (and so could turn left into Castle Baynard Street) or would be accessing Castle Baynard Street via the cycle track which is located on the eastbound side of Upper Thames Street.
