Quick spelling fix for Aladdin Theater

Updated crossing type to traffic_signals at NE 102nd and NE Pacific (was uncontrolled before)

Fixed some tags on NE 72nd Dr. Lower segment had the wrong oneway direction (Due to digitizing direction). Flipped it to the correct direction and harmonized bike and oneway tags along the whole segment.

Lower (SE) part of Scouters Mountain Regional Trail explicitly permits bikes. Updated tags and permissive gates/bollards at the ends.

Changed park_ride to no for Lake Oswego United Methodist Church (as of 3/11/2024)

Refining POIs, entrances, and parking for the building on the SE Sandy+Washington+8th triangle

Standardized NE Jackson School Rd to 30 mph per Hillsboro/ODOT. School zone 20mph still in effect.

Refined pedestrian infrastructure around 12026 NE Airport Way

Refining sidewalks and crossings around NE Holland & NE 12th Ave

Fixed/connected orphaned sidewalk ways around NE Lombard & NE 6th-11th which resulted in bad pedestrian routing. Will return to this area for more refinement.

Reopening SE Tilikum Way busway to bus traffic after completion of construction on Oct 31.

Reverted Ross Island Bridge sidewalk from highway=path to highway=footway based on width, guardrail height, and feature history. Biking not legally prohibited here but tagging as footway should reduce bike weighting in automated trip planners e.g. TriMet.

Changed segment name, etymology, wikidata from N Interstate Ave to N Williams Ave north of N Oregon St

Re-reverted Tilikum Crossing and Harbor Viaduct busways to newer, correct highway=busway. TriMet routing systems successfully updated to understand highway=busway.

Removed turn restriction and corrected turn:lanes for EB Alder to SB 3rd.

Specified bus ('psv') exception to no-right-turn restriction from NB NW 6th Ave to EB NW Everett St.

Temporarily reverting Tilikum and Harbor Viaduct highway=busway to highway=tertiary, access=no, bus=yes, emergency=yes. busway was (ironically) breaking TriMet bus routing. We're working on a fix ASAP. Msg or email rothg@trimet.org for concerns or Q's.
