mtb:scale moved up from S2 to S3 (after previously reducing it from S4). This is in light of comparison with mountain biking difficulty ratings that have been given to other trails in the area.

Entered short new connecting path, suitable for MTB riding downhill (NW to SE), used as a way to avoid road riding and a section of trail that can get very wet.

Added note to question the tag indicating the bicycles are not permitted access on this path. I think that this is incorrect, and bicycles are permitted (even though the path may be too difficult for cycling). Does anyone have the definitive answer?
