Many of these roads are surfaced by some form of cobblestones or setts. I've identified a few but the whole area needs considering for this property.
It can get complicated where some sidewalks are cobbled, but the road itself is asphalt (and thus smooth).

The new 40 mph limit on the A272 starts further to the west than the junction with Bordean Lane.

It's 50 mph by the time it gets to the bridleway at Lower Bordean so we aren't out by much but it's worth another survey if anyone is passing.
