As for the 'ref:penndot' tag, this was from the early time of working with it (this changeset is 5 years old...), and I just moved it over from the normal 'ref' and didn't change it to 'SR' obviously since I might not have been paying attention.

Dude, these ramps aren't open yet. This interchange was only partially opened. The only moments that are open (till Spring 2022) are I-79 NB -> PA-576 WB & PA-576 EB -> I-79 SB. I've full scaled reverted this changeset, as we don't want to confuse routers with ramps that aren't even open yet.

Man, can't believe it took me this long to spot this, but was messing around with the GPS on my phone for fun the other day, and noticed you deleted a turn restriction that shouldn't have been deleted. Plus changed the turn lane info that was correct at the intersection of SB McKnight & the southern entrance into North Hills Village Mall. There are 'No Right Turn' signs there, and have been as long as I can remember.

NP. Just randomly looking at the area and zoom in and saw the highway disappear and knew something was up and had to investigate.

Did you happen to realize you deleted a big chunk of NY-5 (what remains way/73783035 ) when editing the Great Lakes Seaway Trail relation in this changeset? What should have happened is that you should have split this way instead of removing nodes from it. I've repaired NY-5 in this changeset: changeset/109712754

Um, I think you got this wrong. (not the road itself, but the route designation). The Bypass is posted as US-301 Bypass. The route of mainline US-301 still goes into the town.

Just an FYI, you shouldn't have whole-scale deleted the PA-215 ways @ I-90. They were in the progress of replacing the bridge after a truck hit damaged it (& it just reopened today). They should have been tagged as either 'access=no' or 'highway=construction' instead. I was able to restore the ways today, but took some time.

Just curious, but why did you remove the turn lane info from the intersection of McKnight & McIntyre? ( way/302557979 ) I only discovered it while messing around with my phone in OSMAnd the other day and noticed no turn lane info when I knew I had added it back in the past. You also removed it from the Browns Lane/McKnight intersection as well. I've just re-added the turn lane info back. ( changeset/93882099 )

Just curious, but when was PA-290 rerouted off of PA-5 to the Bayfront Parkway?

I'm sorry, but a single interchange doesn't mean that the highway should be upgraded to motorway. I've personally been along this segment of US-19 several times and it's no way a motorway here, as it's not limited access. Trunk is the correct classification here.

I'm sorry, but a single interchange does not always make the case for upgrading to a motorway from a trunk thru said interchange. As far as I know, WVDOT allows bicycles thru that interchange along WV-16. When you upgrade to a motorway, by default, a motorway tag blocks all foot/bicycle traffic without special tags saying it's allowed. I've redowngraded the WV-16 to Trunk.

Please be more careful when you're creating roundabouts in the USA. You made the following roundabout ( way/833015766 & since split into 4 parts due to bus route relations) going in the wrong direction. I've since fixed it.

Oh, I know that Baloo. Especially because of where I live where all the Interstates have the name of 'Parkway'.

If you're talking about something like this ( way/760504856 ), that is an emergency U-Turn for Cops & other emergency vehicles, and not for public use on these toll highways (same goes for their counterparts on Interstates). Thus, they aren't considered at-grade intersections.
