over 9 years ago | Changeset has been reverted in 'Changeset 42301159' (changeset/42301159), as this node was taken from a USA road and moved all the way to France creating a false road link over the Atlantic Ocean.
over 9 years ago | Hello, and welcome to OSM. I noticed you added 8 duplicate highways here. Adding bicycle info to OSM the way you did so here can really mess up routing engines when there are several duplicate ways for one road. The 'cycleway' info needs to be added to the normal highway way for each road and not have a separate way for it unless it's a completely different road.
over 9 years ago | Hello, and welcome to OSM. I noticed you added two duplicate highways here. Adding bicycle info the way you did so here can really mess up routing engines when there are 3 duplicate ways for one road, especially when you've added a higher classification for the highway. The 'cycleway' info needs to be added to the normal highway way for each road and not have a separate way for it unless it's a completely different road.
over 9 years ago | Done. Nodes restored in changeset/42270667. changeset/42270667
over 9 years ago | I'm curious, but why did you delete all the nodes from way/30678350? Was it by accident, as I don't think PennDOT has reconfigured that ramp onto I-376. Do you need help in reverting that change only?
over 9 years ago | However, the inbound tunnel has been reopened to traffic. That part fixed in changeset/42061111. changeset/42061111

over 9 years ago | Predicted to be closed till September 12th. http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2016/09/04/penndot-announces-timeline-for-liberty-bridge-repair/ However, they said it was just minutes from a complete collapse during the fire, so, glad they got it out in time.

over 9 years ago | And how are you getting the information from the signs? Are you going out in person and surveying the signs? Or are you looking at photos from another site (and if so, what site)? Mentioning information like this in the changeset comment helps other local users to know how/when you're getting the data and helps them to know how recently the section of highway was double checked.
over 9 years ago | Just curious, but what is your source for the speed limits added? Adding stuff like this to the changeset is very important.
over 9 years ago | I'm curious, but why did you take several established relations for highways, delete all their data, and replace it with an entirely different route? Was this done so that you could have a lower number? I know you 'recreated' the relations for those original routes, but people would like to be able to follow the history of relations to see where a specific change might have been made, and you damaged that here big time. Is it possible that you can explain why you did this?
over 9 years ago | Nice. Just so you know, we try to avoid using abbreviations for names here in OSM. We leave it up to the people who use the data to 'shorten' the names if they want to. :) And welcome to OSM. If you have any question on how something should be done, don't hesitate to shoot me a message. -Fellow Pgh Mapper.
over 9 years ago | "Saint" Michael Street, correct? If so, I would recommend expanding that for all the streets in the area. ;)

over 9 years ago | So, in the future, just take 5 seconds to look at the Bing imagery. If you see a 'gate' on any point of the ramp in the imagery, 99.9% chance it should be 'oneway=no', especially if the highway it connects to is a toll highway. Also, the 'white' lines on each side of the ramp are a dead giveaway that it's 2-way, and not oneway.
over 9 years ago | Just so you know, these are emergency access roads for fire departments and the police so they can access the PA Turnpike network quickly between interchanges, They are almost never 'oneway=yes', and should be tagged as 'oneway=no' instead.
