Ok, now that I looked more at the MapBox imagery showing the new C/D configuration here, I'm betting you were trying to add the 55 mph just for the C/D lanes. So, while adding the new C/D lanes in changeset/26686398, I kept the 55mph on the C/D lanes, but removed it from the actual ramps to Blanding Boulevard & Collins Road.

Hello mclaess. Are you sure that all of these ramps are really posted @ 55 MPH? To be honest, I highly doubt that FDOT would have done this because of how congested this interchange can become.
