Actually, I would have moved the object as well, I did so with Leningrad years ago ;)
EveryDoor shows POIs from data, and render is secondary - and that should not remain with old tiles for long, too.
Or is there some specific problem with EveryDoor?

Thanks, I've changed it - although afterwards I wondered whether you would have preferred to change it yourself.
In such a case, hopefully there are some other unmapped things nearby :)
