Both smaller buildings (Bobbeleweg 11-ZA and 11-ZB have been torn down earlier this year (June '24). According to (public) plans they will eventually be replaced by a single larger building (construction yet to start). Note that it appears the smaller "box" next to 11-ZA still remains.

There is no "gap" in the Julianalaan, the whole length of the road has (exactly) the same surface.
