Welcome, nabilersyad! Do you know about the buildings plugin for JOSM? With that you can trace a building with only 2 clicks. Quite useful.

Recyclingcontainer ist glaub ich eher unpassend hier (osm.wiki/DE:Tag:recycling%20type=container?uselang=de). Wüsste aber auch nicht, was besser passen würde als building=yes.

Those are the presets, which are also used in iD editor by the way.

Recommendation is "convenience" (https://github.com/osmlab/name-suggestion-index/blob/93395501f9373dced7a41a6be656719c0cf922e6/brands/shop/convenience.json#L48)

the tag shop=variety_store is for 1RM shops, where you can buy all types of crap and is not the right tag for 99 Speedmart in my opinion. shop=convenience is much more suitable in my opinion.
