you uploaded a gpx track without any manual integration into the existing data. Please don't do this, it is not what we want in Openstreetmap. We are no touring portal. The correct method is to create a cycle route relation using the existing segments, see osm.wiki/Relation:route . There is more work then just uploading required.

What I did is that I merged way way/135625587/history where the "layer=-1" was already present. I didn't notice this tag when I merged. Now I removed this tag, see changeset/132500263 . Thanks for detecting this!

Looks that I merged node node/9738428710/history where this was already present.
I just deleted those two tags now.
