the name tag is from the originally changeset:
changeset/127581569

recently there have been many comments about poor mapping in this region:

HOT Data Quality Internship?

Hello Charles96,
thanks for the mapillary pictures.

Unfortunately I was not able to find at least two buildings on the on the given imagery sources. Fyi Maxar provides the same imagery as ESRI but with a higher resolution.

The AI Data could have a imagery offset so that this building is now 2 times drawn.

Building mapped 2017 with the same offset. (moved by you)

osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines

https://up.picr.de/44583555ut.jpg

the building nodes qualify clearly for a bad undiscussed import
(should have been shop=* instead?)

And the highlighted points and unclassified roads show poor mapping and validation

Once you are done south of the border, you may want to proceed with updating the edits of ChadSi on the Congolese side :)

with all the problematic buildings here, you can't achieve much as a single mapper

125450508 over 3 years ago

I mean that all the buildings from this changeset no longer exist. It might be more advisable to remove these shapes without checking than to tag them.

mechanical edit?
no buildings there

@shazomojah who will ever correct this?

123532252 over 3 years ago

2.5m² ?
Use your own brain rather than AI!
This group of buildings is completely wrong.

Doesn't Apple pay for removing wrong data?
Wrong roads are worse than missing roads!
So just do it.

These way have to be removed
Compare bing/maxar. Best practice is to delete twice as much as add.

review:
It is not your fault, but while working in this area you could have removed the name tag
8x name=highway
1x name=water
most of the roads here are far to narrow to be tagged as "unclassified" or "track". "highway=path" would be more suitable. Most of this ways could be removed without affecting the functionality of the map.
This road is not there any more:
way/1032686567#map=19/-13.79297/29.63756
This node was dragged:
node/6395528236
Split roads here:
node/7385009550#map=19/-13.78867/29.63882
Then reconnect and retag them in a meaningful way.
This are only a few examples of what have to be typically done while working on HOT data.

The road you have added here is not connected to the network. I highly doubt that this is even a map-worthy street
If you had zoomed out a bit, you might have found a lot of streets worth adding to the map.
