Massive's rebuilding of this block is missing. There is a new part of the building, bridging the two wings on this side. So no access to yard. Should be mapped unsing inner/outer multipolygon?

There was a "fixme" on city_block Lekatten here, saying "refine with block names". What does "block names" mean? Block numbers, like "Lekatten 1" etc? But I have actually not seen those numbers tagged anywhere before.
