Which is the correct barrier type? gate is correct? or hampshire_gate? which acces for foot, horse and bicycle ? maybe that should be added to the both barriers to avoid routing engines problems

This path (coming from south-west) is a private road to a house and marked with no-entrance, no through-traffic. The other side of the path (close to the highway) is not very clear. Can someone with local knowledge check whether this path really exists and is open to the public? My guess would be to delete this path.
