I think this is not a boathouse but rather houseboat. Boathouse stores boats. Houseboat is a boat that is repurposed as floating home or some other kind of facility as the boat is moored permanently.

It would be good to mark this Western bypass (road 20125) as highway-secondary, even if it doesn't abide by some principles. Marking a bypass as lesser than the road that goes therough the town center is counter intuitive.

Appears to be a cycleway or cyclepath with a marked crossing here judging by aerophoto.

Wrong road direction on map

A customer of mine has reported that this intersection layout has changed, with an on-ramp branching off the 14191 road to the West, and joining the 2 road a bit further down.
