Recycling center marking could be "standardizised". This building had a fix me request, fixed it by adding bottle_return tag instead what was used previously. But it feels not complite fix.
One way to mark such center is located next to Mustamäe turg where Maxima XX recycling center has been marked as outbuilding.
Need help on how to map such recycling centers that are separate buildings but accept deposit bottles or cans or jards of various materials like aluminium, glass or plastic.
