Perkins Glass & Mirror has vacated this location and move elsewhere in the city. This is a permanent move. Has been covered in local press.

Gokan Sushi is closed permanently. Has been closed for a while. It is now being replaced by a new place called Seoul Bites. The new branding is present but the new restaurant has not opened yet.
