I removed my really rough sketch/polyline of the White River. I would like to try to Import the National Hydologic Database Data for this area, which will be waaaaaay better than what i sketched by hand from the aerial photos

The White River in VT had been mostly missing from OSM. Adding the waterway=river up to S. Royalton at least. The river lasts quite a bit further, but I wanted to make my first change!
