Cleanup of Ferry Building tags. Most of these tags are better rather than perfect - shop types, typos, etc. This whole building needs to be swept; I'm not sure that all of these are still there.

This stretch of Market St that's marked one-way is known to be two-way for Muni, so adding bus=no. Need to triple-check what is allowed to travel westbound, might not be one-way at all.
