amenity=parking_space should only be used to map individual parking spaces. These areas should either be deleted, or split to correctly micromap the parking lot.

One area representing the entire parking lot, tagged with amenity=parking, should be added in either case.

Note that two ways (way/978906298, way/978906297) are nameless because of changeset changeset/171764464.

I intended to rename them and the appropriate roads in the interchange to Broadway Exit as indicated by road signage but I wasn't sure what to do with the interchange name (relation? area? node?) so I left it alone. Renaming the ways to Northwest 36th Street doesn't seem to make sense either.
