this bridge is being replaced by a new wider bridge. Work starts this week expected completion March 2017. resurvey on completion.

When driving passed today looks like this is now restrictive access for buses, cycles and taxis. I guess now that the access onto Via Urbis Romanae is open it's to prevent rat running.
