Навіщо було в цій зміні "додав назву ЖК" заміняти існуючу територію жк на нову (та нова область менш точна)? Краще зберігати історію об'єктів: osm.wiki/Keep_the_history
Також, область way/589273035/history раніше була помічена як будівництво, та це ще будівництво на місці.

Could you please keep the history of the existing elements when reasonable? For example, you removed way way/802860955 and its node node/7510090788/history here, and created a new gate node/11405715993 very close. In this case, it would make sense to move the existing node and tag it as a gate because the node was a part of a road going to the buildings.

The changeset has the wrong message by accident.
It actually removes outdated `name:ru` (added when reverting vandalism) from newly renamed streets; those old names are already present in `old_name:ru:--2023-09-27`.

The `to` way of the relation (way/1192245855) has 3 lanes in the turn direction (that is, going south). The Bing imagery shows that the left lane (#1) starts at this intersection and has a solid white line on the right, which is a typical thing for lanes that accept turning traffic; the other two lanes continue from the north. However the white line doesn't continue north (because it's possible to go forward (to the west) from way/1192245857). That's why `connectivity=1:1` — you are supposed to turn left from the single lane to the leftmost lane. But there is no explicit sign/road marking to show that, so `implicit=yes`.
To compare, relation/16118055 is also `connectivity=1:1`, but not `implicit` because that's a T-shaped intersection and there is a solid white line from north (way/773851523) to south (way/773851521), which you shouldn't cross when turning left.
