please distinguish between motor_vehicles, motorcycle, motorcar. In Vietnam, motorcar and motorcycle are running in seperated lanes in national highway.

Hello there, Why you keeping make this way_id as motor_vehicle = no? If you do not live in Vietnam or do not have any proof to backup to change Please leave it alone.

There is another turn restriction here and I think it's correct in terms of both directions, members and tagging guideline. Why do you put a new one here?

Your relation is have some kind of errors. "relation with multiple restriction values" If you want to put a time-based turn restriction then remove "restriction = no_left_turn" and keep only "restriction:conditional = no_left_turn @ (06:00-09:00,16:00-19:00)".

One more thing to note is no_left_turn is different than no_u_turn. Car can not make a left turn to from Cộng Hòa to Út Tịch (06:00-09:00,16:00-19:00) but it can make a u turn to Cộng Hòa (towards Hoàng Văn Thụ) any time. Please correct me if the city Transport Department has put a new NO_U_TURN traffic signs here.

Hi anh, khi anh kéo dài đường Lê Văn Sỹ ra thì đã làm mất hiệu lực của biển báo cấm rẽ phải theo giờ cho xe hơi từ Lê Văn Sỹ vào Bùi Thị Xuân. Hi vọng anh có thể cẩn thận kiểm tra các thành phần có thể bị ảnh hưởng khi kéo dài đường.

Hi Thoại, please check this gate carefully. If you put access = no here, Cong Hoa garden apartment can not book trip. I think you should put a gate deep inside this road.

Bạn ơi theo báo chí chính thống thì chỉ là cấm oto lưu thông theo hướng từ Phạm Văn Chiêu tới đường Thống Nhất từ 16:00-19:00 thôi. Nghĩa là Lê Đức Thọ từ hướng Thống Nhất đi Phạm Văn Chiêu vẫn là bình thường trong khung giờ này. Khi bạn để nguyên một way_id cấm như vậy nghĩa là chiều còn lại (Thống nhất -> Phạm Văn Chiêu) xe oto cũng ko đi được.

Bạn ơi edit kĩ lại tí. Các relation chỗ này khá phức tạp. Với mỗi khi bạn tách way_id hãy để riêng với việc edit cấm rẽ.
