Specify road surfaces

Added numbers for all buildings on one portion of the street. Data comes from notes taken while walking.

Building on my previous edit, move apartment number addresses to be individual points within the house boundary.

Add addresses and buildings for some houses on 500 N, Provo UT. Addresses were gathered by looking at numbers on buildings. Couldn't find the building number for the complex on the corner of 500 N and 300 W.
