Dear ex-kimberly-fan (exkimmunicated?)
Your previous observation caused your nearby note to appear with the cycle map as background (rendering independent of OpenStreetMap) whereupon this area with a curved road overlapping a building caught my eye.
Here a turning circle is not present, thus my previous guess is invalid.
What I do observe is that this is not drawn as an intersection of a road bent some 15 degrees from straight, but a road making perhaps a 100 degree sharp turn.
My guess now is that the cycle and transport maps enforce a minimum turn radius on their depictions of schematic interpretations of roadways.
Thus I feel justified by overnoding curving highways and driveways to reflect observed reality, rather than just the shortest way between points A and Z, attempting to render them beautifully curved (like Kimberly) on all maps and artificially inflating my count of contributed nodes, which, in the end, this cheating is the only thing keeping me contributing to OSM on the rare occasions I bother. It's like a purity score, except completely different.
Note that I said `nodes' and not `notes'. While you have one of the higher scores there, our crack team of judges is unable to pin (ha!) them all on you personally as you, and with good reason, prefer to hide behind the cloak of anonymity, such that The Map Cabal (TINMC) is unable to issue a credible threat of `we KNOW where you live MUAHAHAHAHA' without watering it down with a suitable disclaimer in order to cover our arses from our legal team, b*st'rds.
Carry on.

Trail completely lost after fire and 2013 floods

The upper half of this trail is utterly decimated, it's gone. While the trail bed remains in fine form, it has *hundreds* of massive deadfalls crossing the trail. It would require a dozen people a week, with chainsaws, to clean this up.

There's no bridge over the creek. It is small enough to jump over, though -- about 4 feet across at points.
