Missing roads in this area

This is a restaurant/music venue here named "Mishawaka" and is quite lively during the summer nights. Unsure what the hamlet point is referring to, this is still considered Bellvue, CO?

Just noticed the imagery of the solar power plant here. The boundaries is an estimate and nowhere near correct. Main thing that was done to this area was remove the walking paths through the plant as they no longer exist and are off limits from "self guided tours".
The plant is rated 3.5MW during the summer from http://www.cityofloveland.org/departments/water-and-power/reports-projects/foothills-site-fema-alternate-project unfortunately a lot of links are dead.

This area is not a park or nature preserve. It's all office buildings and I believe someone falsely labeled it as such so they can have a pokemon go nest at their job.
False reporting like this should result in the person responsible being banned from making future changes.
