I did change single_tracked to a combination of mofa, moped, motorcycle, and bicycle (changeset/119900919).
Although I'm not sure that this is correct either. Are tricycles a type of bicycle?

Ideally there should be a tag for any non-motorized vehicles but excluding carriages, hand_carts, cycle_rickshaw etc.
