The Strava Global Heatmap shows most people stopping at this point. Is there something preventing people from continuing south on the trail beyond here? On the Pierce County PublicGIS parcel map, I see that the old railroad right of way, now owned by Pierce County Parks & Recreation, crosses over the creek around here. Is that what's causing people to turn back?

I'm not sure what this trail is called if anything, but it's definitely not part of 20th Ave

The Snohomish County website says that this section of the trail has been closed since 2018 due to a landslide near this point. Is that accurate? Is there a path around the landslide?

Protected bike lane continues through this block now. Protection is a mix of planters and Toronto barriers.

It would be helpful to have the building numbers here. For example, Pagoda Union Building is 9000.

This property was purchased by the City of Edmonds for an expansion of Mathay-Ballinger Park. Need to confirm if it's open to the public yet.

There's a new paved trail through the park connecting to the Interurban Trail. The existing highway=footway (way/6131165) isn't actually a trail, it's just an arbitrary path an OSM editor made through the lawn.

North Creek (the census-designated place) has been retired since 2010 and replaced by Mill Creek East, which has not been mapped.
