Remove nonexistent bike path along 116th Ave NE between NE 160th St and the Tolt Pipeline Trail. The only thing there is a shoulder that's full of parked cars. It has no markings or signs suggesting it is intended for people biking/walking.

Change streets running parallel to Bothell Way NE from living street to parking aisle with cycleway=shared_lane. Tagging them highway=cycleway + motor_vehicle=yes could also maybe work, but doesn't convey their use as parking.

Remove cycle path designation and set access=private on the section of Eastrail north the 139th/140th Ave NE bend. There's a path here and the tracks have been removed, but the signs at either end prohibit access to all users.

Update public access between NE 43rd St and Cross Kirkland Corridor. 9 ft public access easement designated in King County Recording # 20181114000880.

Mark drinking fountain at Blue Heron Park as disused. No water comes out.
