Correct mapping error in Rainier Valley Greenway. I selected the wrong street when connecting to 30th Ave S in https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/9047042

Connect Rainier Valley Greenway to I-90 Trail. The last northbound sign is at 30th Ave S & S College St pointing west onto S College St, but the location of the speed cushions (https://openstreetmap.org/changeset/140745811) makes the intended route clear.

Clean up trail/sidewalk connections at the end of 28th Ave S. There is no separate curb cut on the east side for the sidewalk; just one for the driveway. Also removed the extraneous crossing, since the sidewalk loops around the end of the street.
