There is a permanent fence with a locked gate across the street here. It is passable by pedestrians, and would be passable by a vehicle by someone possessing a key for the lock. This is visible on Bing aerial views and street views. I have personally walked past and witnessed this gate.

The northern half of this short street is a narrow driveway that is blocked off and is signed "Emergency vehicle access only".
