This public right of way access over the rail lines has now been closed. The gates have been padlocked and the pedestrian foot boards between the tracks removed. Head north towards Copmanthorpe village for the next road and footpath crossing. Checked on 1st December 2013 by passinthru.

The Fox and Hounds public house is now closed and planning has been requested to demolish the pub and build retirement homes. Correct as of 3rd December 2013.
