The segregated cycleway here is drawn as starting west of Waverley Bridge, and it's not connected to the bridge, so it's not possible to join it when turning right from the bridge, is this correct?

I think up to the junction with the bridge it's just paint?

“…..all passengers at Edinburgh Waverley (not just those using LNER) will benefit next year from the opening of a new family lounge (similar to that at King’s Cross) and a passenger assist lounge. Both are scheduled to open in early Summer 2025 - the full travel centre will be retained but it will move to existing LNER facilities adjacent to Platform 5, with the currently disused side of the travel centre to be repurposed to create the new lounges.”
