Seaside Boulevard might be open to Nelson Bay Road; currently marked as construction

Some of the ways forming part of "The Esplanade" cycle route relation are tagged with highway=footway and bicycle=yes. Possibly needs to be resurveyed as they are presumably shared paths (verify highway=cycleway, bicycle=designated, foot=designated)

I believe the end shared path sign is around here; can we confirm the exact location (also might be good to add the traffic_sign:*=AU:R8-2 or the relavent tags where the sign is)

From memory there is a shared path sign that starts here (R8-2), which would change the explicit access permissions on the highway=cycleway. Can we confirm that there is a sign here?
