is La Troïka (shop=bakery) closed all the time? Then almost certainly it should not be tagged as shop=bakery And if it is not always closed then opening_hours=closed is wrong

Le sentier descendant à la Passerelle des Thermes est fermé par arrêté municipal depuis juillet 2025. Précédemment, il était souvent officiellement fermé en hiver (pour cause de glace fréquente), mais ses équipements sont un peu dégradés et, même s'il reste praticable (avec beaucoup de prudence à la descente), il est officiellement interdit ce qui est signalé par des panneaux aux deux extrémités.

Je n'ai pas vu la durée officielle de cet arrêté municipal, il faut donc ponctuellement vérifier sur place ce qu'il en est.

Is the old cable car station still there? If so, it should not be removed completely in my opinion.

Drawing the old cable car as closed / demolished instead of removing it from the dataset could be useful for archived maps (similar to disused/razed railways)

Ce restaurant s'appelle-t-il encore "La Clarine" ou bien est-ce "The New Clarine" ? J'ai trouvé des infos contradictoires sur Internet. À vérifier sur place.
