There are two entrances to the Powell station from inside the San Francisco Centre [NoName, 2012-10-12 02:26:41 CEST]

BART entrance has some errors. The escalator is mapped backwards: it always goes up, from the inside of the station up to the plaza (not down or backwards or whatever the current tagging is showing). There is one escalator and two stairways, not three, and the bike ramps (two of them, not one) are part of the center stairway, and not a separate fourth way. The area occupied by the stairs/escalator should not have an additional highway=pedestrian tag, which implies (incorrectly) that someone can walk through this area without falling from a great height into a deep hole.

The 16th/Mission BART platform(s) looks wrong. There is a single center platform, not two seperate side platforms. It looks like someone also deleted the crosswalks connecting the plazas to the street network for some reason, which breaks pedestrian routing to the station entrances.

this ramp hasn't existed for years

There is no bus stop on the ramp here. It probably got dragged/joined from wherever it is supposed to be.

Is this really a place of worship. From the satellite imagery it rather looks like a warehouse.
