The "Bilheteira de ferry" seems to be in the place of the "Sabino Boat Tours" now, and in the bilheteira it's a Nestle ice creams stand.

I didn't see any sports pitch here. I don't know if it's set up occasionally, but it doesn't look permanent at least.

Av. Doutor Leonardo Coimbra is oneway *AT LEAST* on this segment (the northeasternmost segment I split).
From the 2021 imagery this segment does look like oneway, but the rest I can't be sure... And I didn't go through the whole street to know about the rest, so it must be confirmed on the ground.
