This entire area has changed massively from satellite imagery, will need an update of routing. From a quick glance there’s brand new cycle paths and protected cycle crosswalks.

Unable to answer "What kind of building entrance is this?" – node/12699734830 via StreetComplete 61.3:

There is no entrance here, nor on the other side of the skybridge, to the sidewalks below. This is a skybridge between these two buildings that is many stories ( Id guess 3) above the roadway.
