1021, 1025, and 1027 Massachusetts Avenue (two buildings) have been demolished; a condominium complex is currently under construction here.

There is a footpath that begins between 32 & 26 Oldham Road, runs southeast, and ends at the corner of Fox Meadow Lane and Moccasin Path to the southeast.
