Street layout changed, no roundabout. highway=tertiary this way instead of White Horse Road?

Can this cycle_parking be redefined as a single node with no child nodes? I'm extracting this data for a cycle parking map and the query shows it as 4 0-capacity nodes.

Hi,

I have modified road class to cyclepath based on internal driver feedback and OS Open data street view. Since I'm not aware of the barrier type, I have added barrier=yes. If any local mapper has information regarding the barrier at this place, please tag it accordingly or please let me know, I will make the edits.
