An underground corridor as outlined in this area is not considered a building and shouldn't be mark as one. You wouldn't mark a tunnel as a building. The corridor should though be marked as a station within the station area as documented in the wiki instructions for marking train stations. osm.wiki/Railway_stations The millennium station/mall area is what should be and was marked as the building station. The areas that were marked for this station and Union station might also need adjusted to only cover that station area and not the entire underground corridor. You are also right that if an area is used, the node does not need to be used. We should discuss if it best to use nodes or area for underground stations.

Please do not delete anymore river area polygons as that is the proper way to map rivers. Please see osm.wiki/Rivers for more info.

Looks like that is still in proposal form which is why it is not being rendered. If you would like everyone to use the rollercoaster tag you should put some time in and get the proposal to a finished state and add to the list of rendered features. osm.wiki/Standard_tile_layer

Hey Ethan, Yep I've been mapping and updating Ohare for quite some time. I've recently been mapping the indoor areas of the airport. as you can see on this map https://openlevelup.net/?l=-2#15/41.9764/-87.9024 I thought about not mapping the jetbridges because of the way they are changed around.. but figured it looks a little better when displayed with the gate numbers. I also found that many other airport mappers do the same. The gate numbers are also something that changes with the jetbridge configurations as you can see with H13 or K7/11/17 and so on. I decided to just map them as separate building polys so they can be easily updated as time goes on. They are also drawn on the same points as the indoor map polys which have their own separate tags. I also decided not to do any more indoor mapping for terminal 2 as it will soon be torn down as part of the ORD21 project.

its documented in the wiki tourism=theme_park it has been the standard way of mapping them for a long time, which is why you see them mapped that way all over. Until the map can properly display osm.wiki/Tag:roller_coaster=.

68487887 almost 7 years ago

the standard way of mapping is to use railway=narrow_guage and roller_coaster=track

the error looks like it happens when you zoom in between gates b1 and b9. here is a link to the viewer. https://openlevelup.net/?l=-2#14/41.9810/-87.9093

Correct. since this road connects towns but not large towns it should be a secondary road. change has been made. thanks.

Looks like a new relation was created for the base and attached to a fence feature.
