Update Lost Dog Nature Preserve and Franklin Mountains pedestrian and trail info. Add many streams shown in aerial imagery and in USGS data. Add drains and barriers to make it clearer non-navigable parts of area. Add some major sidewalks

Update Lost Dog Nature Preserve trails from cycleway to highway=path with bicycle=yes. The system is maintained by the local mountain bike association and is marked as "hike and bike"

Remove duplicated bench

Clean up west Lost Dog Nature Preserve. Name trails based on the trail map posted at the trailhead parking lot, and add some paths based on GPS tracks. Some tracks realigned based on El Paso City aerial imagery (where there was good agreement with GPS)
