the way you have tagged your business listing on the OpenStreetMap.org does not provide optimum value for you or the OSM.
Please use something like https://osmybiz.osm.ch/#/9/-27.49122/152.67700 or https://www.onosm.org/# to initially help adding your business listing at the building you operate from in to the OSM with suitable tags.

I have deleted the relation and tagged main building with name and building tag and have tagged other part as a roof.

I have confirmed using sources available in JOSM and changed eastern one to Stradlings Road.

On another map I checked the eastern one should instead be named Stradlings Road. If you can confirm, I will fix it.

I have further mapped the sawmill area and corrected the road names. The bridges mapping has also been fixed.

I fixed a few questionable edits you added to the map. Please be aware that this is a public map.

The QA is just other mappers checking edits in their local area or first edits but it seems to work well enough most of the time. Cheers, Nev

I have fixed the tags, please check if ok.
I am unable to advise on OsmAnd app as I have not used it, however all the editors should show the latest copy of the data as they download the latest info from the osm database.
The openstreetmap.org site displays pre-rendered tiles (images) of the map and it takes some time to update the tiles at all zoom levels after changes. If you refresh your browser it may clear any old cached images it keeps. I find that zoom 17 and 18 often are the first to update on the map but sometimes you need to wait until the next day to see changes.

I have used the conventional osm tags instead....
shifted house tags from commercial property boundary to house, added building polygons and driveway.

I have reverted your edit that added a natural wetland to the Canberra City Centre and added a propriety Google/Shutterstock image link.

as these features were already mapped as areas I transferred the tags you added to the address node (named parks and ovals) to the mapped areas.
This follows this practice
osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element
and leaves the address node separate in these cases.
It is often a bit difficult to know the bounds of the cadastre areas that bound the address node because they are not generally mapped.

Seems to me this was correctly tagged so unsure why you are reverting.
The first changeset had a house that had the tag addr:suburb =A instead of Ardeer.
I would normally fix it it myself but am in bed using my small phone.
