These is no reason to delete these private roads which someone else has mapped. The information provided may serve the company staff and visitors quite well. You should instead add the tag access=no or access=private.
access=*

I would think Google maps is the ideal site to list your online businesses and would also offer more suitable exposure than the Openstreetmap.

no reply, no physical address found, reverted.

Welcome to the Openstreetmap.
Your business listings needs a physical address to be on the OSM. Can you provide the address details and shift the nodes from the road to the correct location. I don't think there is a place for businesses operating behind a PO Box or web address on the OSM.

Hi
welcome to the osm. Could you check boundary of this park as it appears on satellite imagery to include the private yards of a few of the neighbours.

Renamed Dunstan Court to Dunstan Drive after survey.

I think it would be more suitable to add foot=yes to the cycleways instead and likely to be used by more map and routing software than highway_1=footway

I don't believe so.

You have created a masterpiece here :)

Yes,
Lathlain Place should be mapped as two one-way streets as they are separated by the central area. You could also outline the centre section and map as landuse=garden and map the footways on the garden area/pedestrian area and connect them to the road and to the footways on the adjacent land areas. You could also add the pedestrian crossings and the car park areas. I like to see a bit of micro mapping in some places :)

Footway and addition of lift gate confirmed by survey today.

Hi
Yes I think I made an error in mapping that bit originally and haven't been back for quite some time.
I re-mapped the road section as a concrete path instead and removed the Sandalwood Crescent name from the stub that joins Lemongrass Circuit.
I will cycle out there tomorrow if weather is ok to confirm.

Hi
I noticed you changed the tagging for the Moreton Bay Cycleway from highway=cycleway to highway=footway.
The convention is to tag cycleways as highway=cycleway. The cycleway has cycleway signs along it's length. The tag foot=yes indicates that it is also for pedestrian use. Pedestrians can also use cycleways in all but rare cases where it will be signed otherwise.
Cycleways are tagged as highway=cycleway so that routing applications can correctly route the cyclists. On cycleways, cyclists will give way to pedestrians. It is also important that pedestrians note they are on a cycleway and to be aware.

Hi
I noticed that the park is named "Dunstan Drive Park" but the street is named Dunstan Court.
Are the names correct?

Any good reason you have deleted all recent mapping. I have recorded all those paths personally by gps. They are not concrete paths as you may expect but are dirt paths.
These are expected to be mapped. You should refrain from deleting other peoples mapping unless you know what you are doing.
I intend to revert your changesets and if necessary will contact the data working group if you continue this vandalism.

Landuse=forest is generally used for treed areas that are used for forestry operations.
A better way to tag this would be to use natural=wood or landcover=trees
