Hi, the BOM source is copyright. You need to get explicit permission to use the data from BOM. If you stumble upon a station in you travels you are free to add to osm using your personal survey as a source but not using a copyrighted source as your input.

Hi, the suffix of addr:street names should not be abbreviated. I fixed your edits.

There is another imagery provider - Esri - it has imagery showing the new building

Hi Rymck, welcome to osm.
This is a footway but it is not a sidewalk.
A side walk is close and parallel to a road.
sidewalk=*

Hi Esar Ali, welcome to osm.
There are multiple individual buildings within the Microsoft polygon. You are expected to critically view the MS offering and reshape to accurately and redraw if necessary to the outline of each individual buildings.

I have fixed 5 instances of sport=bullfighting tag in Victoria. Finger trouble with app is likely culprit I guess

Mapping a building and having a separate address node is fine as is having all the info added to the building. You are free to choose either method.
But there shouldn't be a duplication of the address for each house.

Hi, any reason use a multipolygon for the grassed area? It is invalid as rings can't join each other and it looks like it should be drawn as a simple polygon.

Hi Tablenine, I noticed an improbable ‘place of worship’ tagged next door to your edit. Can you delete it if it is an incorrect entry.
Also I notice the building in this area are tagged twice with their house number. Only one time is preferred and added to the building is probably preferred instead of a separate address node.
Often in osm the address nodes are added initially via a data import and subsequently the building are gradually mapped. It is good to merge the data into the building footprint.

Hi, is this a tagging error?

Hi, you have added a building=residential but imagery does not display one.
Is there a building here?

157658945 about 1 year ago

Ok, I mapped that as one building as only a low zoom image showing the building is available. The two buildings and the carpark that appear incomplete are on the corner of Ballarat and Butlers roads. It's fine to leave further mapping until more suitable imagery becomes available in the editor. Thanks for your help.

I have mapped the three new buildings using Ersi imagery but the two buildings in the bottom right of the carpark seem to be still partially completed as does the carpark here. You may be able to complete that area if you are local to the area

I apologise for my haste…later imagery shows a newly constructed building here.

Why have you mapped a physio in a car park?

Is this a hospital or a clinic?
amenity=hospital
amenity=clinic

Hi, I removed the ‘Cubby house’ name tag from the small building on the property.
The name tag is not used to describe things but is reserved for things that really do carry a name such as ‘Shirlow Avenue’.
