I changed the tags on some of your edits from highway=residential + construction=yes to
highway=construction + construction=residential
Guided by highway=construction
But I notice that CyclOSM does not render highway=construction.
Would you prefer I reverted them to your previous tagging which is rendered on that style?

Another way to map it would be to draw a way around the whole outside and then add two of the section as building parts.

I have re-mapped these now

I expect that 33 Quay Boulevard is in either of the large apartment blocks of Lighthouse Appts or Marina Quay Appts.
Because these building face more than one road it would be better to place a seperate address node within the building polygon and close to the appropriate street and add tags such as addr:housenumber=33 and addr:street=Quay Boulevard and addr:suburb etc to that node adjacent to where a taxi or Uber should go to pick up a person giving that address.

Across the road is a another method of addressing using a seperate node within the building outline.
In the area you are mapping there don’t appear to be any good examples of addressing as a lot of the buildings have been added using the deficient microsoft building set.

I encourage you to continue mapping houses with addresses in osm because there is a great need for it

You appear to be marking the boundaries of building lots instead of accurately defining the building shapes on the lot.
You don’t appear to be using the usual method of tagging the addresses of the houses and instead just adding a name to the land plots you have outlines.
It is probably best to stop and have a look at other mappers work in mapping and correctly tagging houses before proceeding further. Many of the boundaries you have entered are overlapping or otherwise inaccurate because you have not zoomed in to map enough.

I think you may have used MapBox satellite imagery and this does depict what could be building as you have mapped, maybe built since the Maxar imagery?

The se end of this building does not match the Maxar Premium Imagery (Beta) and I can't see any imagery for the building using DCS NSW imagery.
