You are editing a public map. Do I need to re-instate the service ways to the other properties that you deleted. They still appear present on satellite imagery.

I would advise moving to a more capable editor like Josm if you are editing such large and complex areas and multipolygons.

I added a primary tag, office=company, fixed the phone format and put the turning circle node on Carnoustie Parade that was shifted back to it's correct position.

The reason I reverted your edit was because I was unable to locate the building this business operates from on the OSM.

I reverted this edit that entered a business on to a roadway instead of the building premises it occupies.
Please re-map in onto the building the business operates from. Also the format was incorrect for the Openstreetmap for the address, hours and phone, the description is meant to short and concise and not overflow the text box display, likewise for keywords and the tag 'keywords' is not part of the lexicon for the OSM. We have a wiki that you can search to help with the correct tag formatting.
You could use something like https://osmybiz.osm.ch/#/9/-27.49122/152.67700 or https://www.onosm.org/# to initially help adding your business in to the OSM with suitable tags.

I added the lingerie business back in to the map and added the tag shop=lingerie and fixed the format of the phone number.

I notice that this track was mapped as tracktype=grade2 and you have changed it to tracktype=unknown.

For info, I have occasionally seen mappers remove all the tags from ways and add a description tag to describe the way when they don’t it to render but do want to leave it in the database for some reason. You can see it in an editor or on osm.org if you check ‘map data’ under the layers choices.
In this case I expect that is not desired.

I defer to your experience in this case as you seem to have made a reasonable attempt to locate evidence of it's existence and if not present then it might as well remain deleted.
trail_visibility=no with still render on the standard layer of osm.
If someone does want to use this route to join the Victory Track, it is well defined from the ridge line and they can make a gps track to follow.
Here is an example of a path tagged with trail_visibility=no that I think should stay for historical reasons and public interest.

it is best not to delete informal paths just because you cannot follow them. It only takes a few hikers with gps or some tape to make them more visible again following overgrowth from recent rain and disuse.
It would be better to use suitable tags to better describe what you found such as ...
trail_visibility =horrible or no
informal=yes
surface=ground

OSM can probably live with you adding extra building tags.
I expect adding the usual other tags would not affect your game.
I could be mistaken?

You may need to split the roads at the points where they become privately accessible then select those ways and add the tag

You need to add the access=private to the roadways for it to be effective. You have instead added the tag to an individual node on the road.
