Hi, these shapes don’t bear any resemblance to the buildings they are supposed to represent.

Hi,
why have you tagged two schools from
amenity=school to leisure=park

Navigation seems ok on GraphHopper already.

Thanks for replying so promptly Willeth.
I will add two nodes within the building and add both addresses to separate nodes.

Hi, there is later Esri imagery to use and I have redrawn the house shape. Is this house a duplex with part as
addr:housenumber=1
addr:street=Silvereye Street
and another part fronting Thornbill Street with a different address or is the whole building 1 Silvereye Street.
If there is another address on Thornbill Street side can you tell me the housenumber.

I have re-added this now

Hi, I notice a lot of loops in the PNG
https://waterwaymap.org/loops#map=7.7/-4.244/142.534
These are almost all errors caused by mapping waterways as flowing upstream.
Waterways always should be drawn to flow downstream.
waterway=*
Are your teams able to notify your mappers thanks.

waterway=*

Hi Miryam, I noticed these loops on the waterway map which indicates probable errors
https://waterwaymap.org/loops#map=10.28/-7.5211/144.8036
Waterways must flow downstream to the sea and I notice many of them flow upstream instead.

Hi Ben, you removed the place=village tag from Dookie. I assume this was not intentional and do you want me to put it back?

You are welcome to discuss the subject on our community website. You may find there are more suitable options to better address your concerns than than I have suggested.

Google maps is probably your best option for an online listing. I notice many businesses seem to be located in the general area of their client base.

153763576 over 1 year ago

OpenStreetMap is not a business directory. If your online shopping store does not have a physical presence then it may not be added to OSM. If it does have a physical presence - for example, if there is an office somewhere - then you can place an office=company object where that office is.

153763576 over 1 year ago

You need to place your business over the building you operate from.

153763576 over 1 year ago

There is no business building located here.
What are trying to add to the map?

Hi, an informal well used path can be viewed in Strava following the section you have deleted. We would prefer to map all informal paths and use appropriate tags to further define their characteristics.
There has been extensive discussion within the Australian osm community regarding this and further information can be found on our wiki too.

Hi, you only guessed a couple of correct tags. I have fixed.

I also realigned the streets to Esri imagery as it is more accurately aligned than Bing

I also added the ABC article website as it explains the situation well.
