As I am not well informed about this subject it would probably be best to ask about the correct procedure on our Oceania Community page where there are others much more qualified to help

I don't think we can use data from this site due to copyright. I expect you may need to obtain explicit permission from the site or data owners to add it to osm.

Here are a couple more of your tracks being deleted by the same user...

There has been a lot of discussion about about mappers, usually with some association with the land management, deleting informal ways in osm without regard to our editing guidelines or even informing why they have deleted the ways.

You need to edit the shape you have added to follow the footprint of the house instead of the land plot.

Hi, house owners names are not mapped on osm and the building shape should follow the outline of the roofline. You need to zoom in closer to map the building shape and press Q to square the corners. We who monitor others work are very fussy sometimes ☺️

...select age=eternity and you may see
If you select the red square, it will show one user, then select the [F] link and it will filter by that user and there are many deletions

I noticed that the red squares here depict some deletion

Hi, the srvice road should begin from Mount Street and continue through the carpark

Hi, you are not formatting the opening hours correctly.
opening%20hours=*?uselang=en

Some of the buildings you have mapped are not done accurately and also you could usually press Q on selection of the building to square the corners, unless they have other than squared corners.

leisure=swimming pool is the correct tag
leisure=swimming_pool
Backyard swimming pools are not named, the correct tags for swimming pools are sufficient. Commercial swimming pools likely do carry a name.

Hi, regarding the addr tags…
addr:street should not be abbreviated and should not include the number therefore becomes…
addr:street=Ormond Boulevard.
addr:street = 12 Ormond Blvd implies that the street number of your address is 12 but you have addr:housenumber=2.
I expect it should be…
addr:housenumber =12
and addr:unit=2

I updated the tags to conform to wiki guidance to erase the splash of meaningless green text on osm.
This can be further refined by using a destination relation which I will leave for others.
information=guidepost

information=guidepost
tourism=information

are required.
leisure=park is wrong

I am not familiar with mapping signs but these links may help
tourism=information
traffic_sign=*

Hi, welcome to the osm. It is unclear what you are adding to the map here seems not to be the usual manner in which info is added to the map.

I expect most of us have had to abandon very large editing sessions from time to time for various reasons, including getting hopelessly lost in the complexity of the data in some places.
We also would have used some copyrighted sources whilst learning the rules, but they are unable to be used without explicit permission from the copyright holders.
Some open data sources also require explicit permission to use, depending on the licence.
These things are of part of the process of becoming familiar with the osm.
This is a useful site to check if we have obtained permission to use...
osm.wiki/Australian_Data_Sources
I recently learned when copyrighted material has been used to add to osm, it is reverted and then redacted.
The osm Data Working Group do the redactions but anyone can revert problem edits.
I suggest contacting the Data Working Group via email at [email protected]
osm.wiki/Data_Working_Group
with a brief explanation and a link to the changesets as the changeset comments are informative.
They can then make a judgement and if necessary do both the revert and redaction.
If you prefer that I or @tekim does this instead, that's fine.
...and keep on mapping :)

Bing Maps is also not suitable as a source for osm.
