1. You refer to laws, but international agreements prevail over national laws. And this road exists within the framework of the international agreement between Ukraine and Modova.

Взагалі не розумію чому дорога з однаковими юридичними умовами і призначенням повинна позначатися різними методами залежно від того чи це приватна чи багатоквартирна забудова. В багатоквартирній забудові трафік як правило більший

А якщо піти в нові закриті житлові комплекси, то там взагалі може бути внутрішня єрархія доріг, але це не має безпосереднього відношення до теми

І ще раз на рахунок вулиць-урочищ

Нормальна процедура отримання адреси виглядає приблизно так:
1. Дають назву вулиці
2. Дають адресу

Тобто, якщо є адреса, то вже є й назва вулиці

В звичайному випадку органи не повинні давати адресу в урочищі. В цьому місці видно, що вони дотримуються цього (зразу скажу, що не всюди цього дотримуються)
